Debby Kotzen, Queen Bee, Agent

A refugee from New York, Debby Kotzen settled in the Windy City in 1992 to work in the Communications Department of the Internet division of PBS and to lose her NY accent. Upon realizing that opportunity was knocking elsewhere, and recognizing her inner ear for language and mellifluous voices, Debby found herself working at Cunningham-Escott-DiPene (CED) Talent Agency in charge of the voiceover department. When the SAG Commercials Contract strike in 2000 closed CED’s doors, a window flung open so hard it hit Debby on the head, causing her to realize it was time to strike out on her own and Naked Voices, now one of the sole voiceover-only talent agencies in the country, was born. Ms. Kotzen, who speaks Italian and Chinese take-out fluently, loves her Bedlington Terrier, Beckham, and her newly adopted home of Chicago. 

Brett Sechrist, Worker Bee, Agent

Brett Sechrist has been with Naked Voices since 2011. A powerhouse in animation and interactive media, Sechrist was previously employed at AVO Talent in Hollywood, where he represented such notable talent as Kath Soucie (“Rugrats”), Marcia Wallace (“The Simpsons”), and Bill Farmer (“Goofy”), to name just a few. Sechrist also worked with producer Mario Kassar (“Terminator”, “Rambo”) and various producers at Paramount Pictures before moving into the agency side of filmmaking. Mr. Sechrist is a Seattle native and graduated from the University of Redlands in California with a degree in Creative Writing and Film Production.

Driving from the Loop: Take LaSalle St. north to Chicago Ave. Make a left onto Chicago Ave. and go two blocks to Franklin St. Make a right onto Franklin St. and go three blocks to Locust. Our building is on the northwest corner of Franklin & Locust, next to Kiki's Bistro.

Driving from the Northwest Suburbs: Take 90 East to the Ohio St. exit. Take the exit ramp and at the first light, make a Left onto Orleans. Take Orleans eight blocks to Locust. Turn right onto Locust and the next intersection is Franklin Street. Our building is on the northwest corner of Franklin & Locust, next to Kiki's Bistro.

Via Public Transportation: Take the Brown Line to Chicago Avenue; exit on northwest corner of the Chicago/Franklin intersection. Walk three blocks north on Franklin Street to Locust. Our building is on the northwest corner of Franklin & Locust, next to Kiki's Bistro.

Take the 11 bus to the Orelans & Locust stop. Walk east one block to Franklin Street. Our building is on the northwest corner of Franklin & Locust, next to Kiki's Bistro.
